Issue:

  • After logging into the CS1000 Telephony Manager, in the navigation pane on the left side of the screen you will see an HTTP Error 500. Refreshing does not correct the issue.

Environment:

  • Telephony Manager 3.0, 3.1. CS1000

Solution:

  • Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1042.
  • If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1042.
