Please review the documentation for each service update prior to deploying it to verify that it is applicable to your installation. Nortel service updates can be obtained through the Nortel support portal, or by opening a service request using the VOX Service Request portal.
Patch installation assistance may be treated as a billable, if you have any questions please speak with your VOX Account Manager. If you are not already a VOX customer, please contact us to be set up as a customer so that you can request the service updates.
