Issue:

When using Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and Unified Messaging, in Microsoft Outlook 2007 you attempt to access tools-options-voice mail.  An error is received and states that the service could not be reached.  This will also affect Out Of Office (OOF).  Also in OCS 2007 Microsoft Office Communicator will not update calendar information from Outlook or OOF information.

Environment:

Microsoft Office 2007, Exchange Server 2007, Unified Messaging Role installed. OCS 2007.

Solution:

• Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1047.
• If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1047.
