Issue:

When using OCS 2007 and Microsoft Office Communicator (MOC) and integrating with a Nortel CS1000 Call Forward does not function.  An error is received instead of the Call Forward working correctly.

Environment:

Office Communications Server 2007 (OCS), Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 (MOC), Nortel CS1000 REL 5.0.  OCS Enterprise Voice enabled for the affected user.

Solution:

  • Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1048.
  • If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1048.
