Issue:

  • Headset type on 1150 IP set not stored after reboot

Environment:

  • CS1000 4.5
  • IP Lineside 4.50.88
  • Signaling Server 4.50.88

Solution:

  • Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1050.
    If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1050.
