Issue:

  • Cannot schedule report to print to file in Contact Center Manager Administration
  • Report schedules show as disabled.

Environment:

  • CCMA 6.0

Solution:

  • Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1054.
  • If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1054.
