Issue:

  • Contact Center Real Time Displays update with data, but the data does not change or reflect real time information within Contact Center environment

Environment:

  • Contact Center 6
  • Contact Center Manager Administration (CCMA)
  • Contact Center Manager Server (CCMS)

Solution:

  • Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1060.
  • If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1060.
