CallPilot Database transaction file cannot be opened - Bluedat1.log
August 2nd, 2008Issue:
- Event ID 1
ASANYs_DB_SQLANY - Cannot open transaction log file - No such file or directory.
Environment:
- CallPilot 5.0
Solution:
- Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1064.
- If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1064.
