CS1000 QoS Alarm suppression

Issue:

  • Customer requests information on how to suppress (or alert) QoS alarms on the PBX; or
  • Customer requests information on how to identify cause of Zone level QoS alarm on the PBX

Environment:

  • CS1000 4.5 or later

Solution:

  • Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1075.
  • If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1075.
