CS1000 QoS Alarm suppression

- Customer requests information on how to suppress (or alert) QoS alarms on the PBX; or
- Customer requests information on how to identify cause of Zone level QoS alarm on the PBX
Environment:
- CS1000 4.5 or later
Solution:
- Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1075.
- If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1075.
