EOL: Symposium 5.0

September 30th, 2008

As of this date, September 30, 2008, Symposium Call Center Server (SCCS) 5.0 has been transition to End of Life (EOL) status.  From this date, no further support from Nortel will be provided for SCCS 5.0. Emergency recovery and/or upgrades may be performed in accordance with customer specific service plans or upgrade agreements as negotiated with Nortel prior to EOL.

VOX Network Solutions will continue to support SCCS 5.0 on a best effort basis.  However, SCCS 5.0 has been superceded by Contact Center 6.0 which is the current release and has been Generally Available (GA) since December 2005.
