CallPilot 5.0 Service Update 4 (SU04)
October 23rd, 2008Nortel is pleased to announce the availability of Service Update 4 (SU04) for CallPilot 5.0 servers. Service Updates (SUs) simplify CallPilot software maintenance by providing all individual customer Performance Enhancement Packages (PEPs) released since General Availability (GA) and other enhancements in a manageable, easy to apply update.
SU04 is now available for download from the Enterprise Solutions PEP Library (ESPL) and Technical Support Portal (TSPortal) websites.
This post serves as notice to VOX customers that this patch is available to maintenance customers who wish to self maintain their systems.
