Notification of CCMA Patch Availability
October 23rd, 2008This post serves as reminder to the VOX customer base that the latest available patch for the CCMA (Contact Center Manager Administration) product is SU05 followed by SUS0501, SUS0502, and SUS0503.
If you have not already installed Service Update 3 and supplementals, you will need to install the pre-requisite patch to apply changes that are critical for patching your CCMA server to Service Update 5.
