Issue:

  • Power outage
  • All systems reboot
  • T1s are enabled and channels are IDLE
  • CallPilot ports are IDLE
  • Media Cards are IDLE
  • IP Phone to IP Phone works, but attemps to call PSTN or CallPilot fail with re-order

Environment:

  • CallPilot
  • Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1080.
  • If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1080.
