IP Phones cannot communicate with TDM resources

- Power outage
- All systems reboot
- T1s are enabled and channels are IDLE
- CallPilot ports are IDLE
- Media Cards are IDLE
- IP Phone to IP Phone works, but attemps to call PSTN or CallPilot fail with re-order
Environment:
- CS1000
- CallPilot
- Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1080.
- If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1080.
