HTTP Error 500 in TM Web Interface

Issue:

  • HTTP Error 500 on TM web interface
  • Event Log indicates lm/root/1/w3svc has incorrect identity
  • DCOM applications do not start

Environment:

  • Nortel Telephony Manager 3.1 SU04
  • Windows Server 2003
  • IIS 6.0
  • Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1087.
  • If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1087.
