CallPilot Ring-No-Answer

Issue:

  • CallPilot is in service and ready to accept calls, but all calls directed to CallPilot result in Ring-No-Answer

Environment:

  • CallPilot 4.0
  • CallPilot SU04
  • Multimedia & Channel monitor show all ports idle and ready to accept calls

Solution:

  • Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1090.
  • If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1090.
