CallPilot Ring-No-Answer
January 14th, 2009Issue:
- CallPilot is in service and ready to accept calls, but all calls directed to CallPilot result in Ring-No-Answer
Environment:
- CallPilot 4.0
- CallPilot SU04
- Multimedia & Channel monitor show all ports idle and ready to accept calls
Solution:
- Please open a ticket using the VOX Service Request portal and request solution 1090.
- If you are not already a customer, please contact us and request to be set up as a customer so that you can request solution 1090.
