SYMPTOMS:
When a call is transferred to CallPilot, the caller is dropped from the CallPilot and is given the CDN default treatment. Issue can be duplicated by performing the following:
Set A calls set B
Set B answers the call

Issue: Desktop Messaging window hanging after closing Outlook
With Outlook 2003 opened with Desktop Messaging installed > Open a Desktop messaging message and close out, leaving the message opened. The Desktop Messaging message is unabled to be closed and hangs until being closed with Task Manager.
